Bryant Grove - An Apartment Community

Not sure who is lying on the reviews but worst management. The office should open at 10 but it opens an hour later. If you wanna talk about the complicated stuff and want to talk to the manager, she acts busier than the president. They will tell you to be there at 3pm, you plan your day accordingly but then the office is closed, no notice no nothing. Roaches are everywhere. Dryer is worst, rotates your clothes for 90 minutes, making it look 3 years old but still wouldn’t dry the clothes properly but the charge to do that laundry? Still high.

My daughter had an eviction on her record. Spoke to the management at the apartments. Explain that she had an eviction they asked for an explanation. They then told her to apply with me as the cosigner. We paid the hundred dollars to apply and they denied the application. Even after the explanation they requested, and that was provided to them they called the apartments that evicted my daughter, knowing that was going to be a bad Reference (obviously). They never even called my references as the cosigner. I feel like they never had any intentions of renting to her and they took our hundred dollars for application fees. I have reached out to management to discuss and I’ve had no response. I’ve heard about them doing this to other people as well. I would definitely stay away from these apar

I have no idea who all these liars are in these previous comments but I was there from may '23 to August '25 and there was at no point during that 2 years that I did NOT see a roach every 5 minutes. I personally killed 8 rodents myself with products I had to purchase out of pocket. Now for those who wanna try and call me a liar. Here's the proof, Britney was there my first year when they had backwoods pest control coming once a month but all they were spraying was water. Then they switched to swift and they came and sprayed water for 6 months now they employ masseys and I have no idea what they spray because I had to get the hell outta there. My husband and I were searching for apartments to move into after we got married. This place had little curb appeal when we drove by, and I saw they only had 3.5 stars so I passed originally. My husband realized all the bad reviews were old. A new management company took over a couple years ago and the satisfaction in these apartments and with the management company are pretty strong. We moved in a year ago and have loved every minute of being here. Apartments are old, and they do get some bugs, but they are clean, well cared for, and have been re-done inside. Every time we've had a problem the staff has jumped on fixing it and we normally have it resolved by end-of-day. The staff has been more than flexible working with us, and even didn't charge us for our pet bunny. We couldn't be more
