I recently 3/22/19 had him take over my property I was renting. Be warned if doing business with Mike. He DOES come off nice, He is BIG Cheater, Greedy man. SAD, SAD. Mike charged me so ridiculously for repair and never completed. Mike charged for Cleaning and repairing fees! Absolute shame that people like this are out there. Be SAFE from him.

Sad sad sad! Mike Godfrey is terrible! We rent and he did nothing he promised the owner! We have rented for 5 yrs from this owner and Mike really did him and us wrong! Owner never received our last months rent and Mike Godfrey never called him or us! Do not hire him!!

Michael Godfrey the owner of the company is untrustworthy, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Watch your money, protect yourself and most importantly, don't believe a word that crosses his lips. He tries to do business by intimidation. Do not waste your time trying to do business with Brunson Property Management. There are so many other good companies out there.

He DOES come off nice and at our walk through said the property was great, looked very clean, ect. The woman he was with even took photos to use online for future renters WHILE we were there. Sounds like it was left pretty up to par right.....Come to find out, once I receive the letter with what was supposed to be my deposit, They charged me so rediculously that He made sure I got NOTHING back. They went as far as charging me for mowing the lawn, and Cleaning of Kitchen fees! Absolute shame that people like this are out there. He just made $1100.

I agree with other negative reviewers here. His expenses and management are very much bizarre and inflated, not worth doing business. Both landlord and tenants will suffer losses, he took damage deposit from my tenant and never returned back to him.Warning for tenants, he will be very nice in beginning and will become rude after lease is over.Some how will make case in small claims court.
