Communication has been clear, and any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I really appreciate how organized and responsive the management team has been during my stay. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

I am very new to the area and needed to find a home that fit mine and my children’s needs ASAP, Brun made the entire process so easy and we had the keys to our new home in no time. Any time I have had a maintenance request they were very quick to get someone out here to take care of it. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for a rental, I cannot express enough how amazing Brun Property Management is!

Miranda was super helpful and very pleasant to work with. It's uncommon to have a property manager that seems like they actually see you as more than just a tenant, valuing you as a prospective member of the community. The texting communications made it really simple to ask questions and keep in touch during the application & move-in process. These first impressions of Brun are a great sign of things to come at my new place, and I hope that sentiment will continue throughout my lease!

I wish that I could give Brun Property Management more than (5) Stars. Miranda & the staff that I have worked with over the past few years have always been professional, and helpful. I just renewed my lease with for the 2nd time. After a long day at work it's nice to come home to a peaceful, and quiet apartment. Plus with the back of the apartment being against the William Hastie Natural Area provides a great forrest view out the windows. I've been a tenant of Brun Property Management for 9 years and never had any issues. They've always been understanding to situations and attentive to any maintenance requests that have come up. I have recommended them to a few close friends when they were looking for a rental property. It would however, be nice to see some recognition to long time, loyal tenants instead of trying to get new tenants in on specials. Thank you to everyone in the office for being great and working hard!
