Brookwood

Our son lived in Brookwood Apartments for just about 2 years. The apartments are very nice, a little older, but are set up very nice for most peoples need. The management company is awesome! We needed to exit our sons lease a couple of months early (due to health issues) and they were very understanding and helpful. Jennifer and her team is awesome to deal with.

I had a great experience touring the property with Liz the leasing agent. Liz was super friendly, informative, and showed us several beautiful units as well as the entire property. The laundry rooms were very clean, and we even got to meet the maintenance team which I really appreciated. The property manager, Kelley, was also very nice and welcoming. The whole community felt clean, quiet, and well-kept. When we walked into the office, it was spotless and the staff made us feel right at home. We absolutely plan to apply to live here!

I would like to take a moment to recognize Jennifer for the outstanding support she has provided. She consistently takes the time to help and has always been extremely kind, professional, and attentive whenever I’ve had a question or concern. No matter the issue, Jennifer is proactive, patient, and successful in finding solutions, which truly makes a difference as a resident. I have genuinely enjoyed living here because of the positive environment and the sense of community, and Jennifer plays a big role in that experience. Knowing that there is someone reliable, approachable, and dedicated makes this a great place to live. I truly appreciate everything she does and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay. 😊

Lived here for years and really liked the apartment and the location. Unfortunately there was a change in management and things went downhill. Rent increased to an unreasonable rate, several hundred dollars more than when I moved in. The last straw was when the office reassigned my paid parking spot that I'd had for two years to a new tenant. I miss this place and wish it had better management.
