Brookwood Apartments

If I could do negative reviews.. I would. I've been here since 2018, and its progressively gotten worse. My first apartment leaked non stop to where I called MULTIPLE times and was actually nicknamed "waters" in the office. They had me move across the street, told me I would have a 300 dollar courtesy, which was a lie.. I ended up paying 500 MORE to move. Fast forward a few years. In the apartment my air and dishwasher hasnt worked in THREE probably FOUR years. They send "maintenance " out to "fix it" They literally do nothing to help you. I was in an hotel for 3 days and was told by Crissy id have a credit to my account. Never happened. When I told them I was moving, all of a sudden NOW they want to send "maintenance " again to fix my dishwasher which STILL ISNT FIXED. And

Missy at Brookwood Apartments was phenomenal! She took the time to answer all of my questions with so much patience and detail. She was very informative and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. I really appreciate the effort she put in, and I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering Brookwood Apartments!

Brookwood Apartments are clean on the outside. There are no paper on the ground in the entire complex. I drove around and check. All the bushes are landscaped. If you apply for a Apartment here at Brookwood ask for Jenny. Her customer service is great everytime my wife and I talked to her. She is concern about the residents. She very prompt. She talks clear. She knows her job.

My experience at Brookwood Apartments was amazing from the application process all the way to moving in. Everything was smooth and stress free, which made the whole transition so much easier. Jenni was wonderful, she was so nice, patient, and always willing to answer my questions along the way. She really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed through every step. I’m very happy with my choice and highly recommend Brookwood Apartments!

I have been living here at these apartments and the experience has been getting worse every day, the kids are absolutely horrible, unsupervised and always into something, the maintenance staff is very professional and the staff is good especially the 2 that I have met, Dave in the rental office and Missy golden,2 of the most amazing people that get the job done, I am dealing with a serious issue and they are doing an amazing job helping me,Missy and Dave are definitely amazing people beyond their job description, they actually care. Other than that I cant say my experience living here is good, definitely not a good place to live
