Brookview Apartments

I have lived here since 2019... I am trying to save up and get away from here. I can confirm that every low and negative review given on here is accurate. These apartments were really nice when Glick owned them, its why I moved in. Glick left the same year I moved in and the new management has been TERRIBLE. Phone service, maintenance, the new tenants they allow to come in and trash the place, there is mold everywhere, and zero professionalism when tenants are trying to contact them or get a concern handled. DO NO MOVE HERE. There are zero improvements and everything is extremely outdated. I hate it here and can not wait to leave.

So I may not live there, their pool doesn’t work it’s been close for. I don’t know how long but it’s still closed until now. They don’t care for the rooms there’s mold, they want money. Don’t you ever live there.

Moved out, those apartments are trash and they have mold. They don’t listen to their tenants. I had a verbal agreement about leaving early now no one seem to know what I’m talking about. Very unprofessional. None of the maintenance speak English and they don’t know nothing.

I been here for over 10 + most children know me when they see . Now since pandemic not as mush. Not the problem. We have never had the worst customer service ever. Especially maintenance. They are disrespectful.Mary has her hands full and of course she gonna snap. They set her up for failure. I know longer use the laundry room because of the different maintenance people. “ You should live here.” Never.I am looking to leave also like rest.
