Brookside Apartments

The worst and most disappointing apartment I’ve ever lived in. I deeply regret renting here. The management was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Anytime something broke or needed repair—even urgent issues—it would take weeks to be addressed. There was no sense of urgency or care for residents' well-being. I'm sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is not worth your money. Please look elsewhere—somewhere that actually values and respects its tenants.

The Property Manager here is so cool, kind and professional. He helped ease my anxiety with his helpful demeanor and reassurance that my experience applying here would not be like the other places I went to. The process was easy and honestly I am so happy with my place. I’ll minding my own business and the manager will walk by with a big smile and asks me how I’m doing. I love it here! I may never leave.

I’ve never seen management been backwards for the residence. The manager of the property is so nice. He’s willing to work with you with whatever you got going. If you forgot your key inside the laundry room he doesn’t mind coming up and unlocking it so you can get your key out of the laundry room When something is broken. Maintenance is always there within 24 Hours Best Pl. I’ve ever rented from.

They treat tenants like bank accounts. When you move out they start charging thousands of dollars in "fees" they charge you for not to do and we have video recording from all unit but still they try to lie and make money on us like scammers --Do not rent here-- Do not sign a lease with Olympic Management at any of their properties.

The apartment l rented at brookside apartment hadn't been rented in quite sometime . By the time the appointment was rented to me the up stairs renters had become accustom to having freedom to both apartments . Since the downstairs was empty they played loud music, got sloppy drunk all the time and never considering any of their neighbors in the community. I had no idea what I would be walking into the upstairs tendance are pissed that the apartment is being rented out 😡 They continue to drink heavily although they don't play their music as loud anymore, they switched that out with stomping and slamming doors and walking across the floor barefoot superhard especially at night when they know lm sleeping ( her and her boyfriend ). I've sighed a 12 month lease . When the truth is 🤔 real
