Getting alot better. Nice convenient location, corner store near by and smoke shop. As well as some very nice churches.
This is one of the worst apartments in East Oakland. If you really don't have to be there, don't go. Just lookup hillside apartments in Oakland on Google
It's a gated community and nice and quiet at night. The apartments are newly renovated.
Horrible and very bad scary neighborhood i dont recommend going to visit that part of town
