Brooklyn Apartments

Great place to live. Wards are great, people are down to earth, management is friendly and easy to work with, free laundry and easy back-alleyway paths to campus. If you do move here tho, make sure to get a parking pass quick! They run out too quickly

The Brooklyn Apartments are a home away from home! They are super close to campus, both wards are amazing, and the kind of girls that live here are overall kind and welcoming. I lived a few places, and this is the kind of place that has felt most like a home rather than a hotel/motel. Parking is a little tight, but they have a lot in the front and a spacious lot in the back that is shared with Bunkhouse. Great price compared to a lot of the places around here, and decent storage space in the apartment itself! Overall, would recommend!

WORST apartment complex ever! Living at Brooklyn Apartments was an absolute nightmare. The place is ridiculously old and outdated, and definitely not worth the price, no matter how close it is to campus. If you have an ESA, forget about your rights—you’ll basically lose them all. Asking anyone to clean up after themselves or their animal turns into a "discrimination" claim. The management is awful; they only communicate when it benefits them, and maintenance requests are never handled in a timely manner. We had a broken door for weeks during winter, and light bulbs that were never replaced. The one time they attempted to fix our leaking shower (after over a year of complaints), they broke it, flooded the downstairs apartment, and told us not to use it. Great people, responsive management, clean communal spaces, and cleaning job opportunities during breaks between semesters! I’ve stayed at a few other locations and they are… not ones I’d go back to. I’ve lived at Brooklyn for two years and it’s been a blast. Not perfect obviously, but it’s better then anywhere else I’ve been! The ward is AWESOME! Bishop is currently Bishop Pannell and he rocks!

Managment is so quick and helpful with any concerns! They are probably the best apartments for the price. Even though they are a little old and run down, they are still very homey and comfortable ◡̈
