The worst place, in the winter they do not clean the snow, maintenance sucks, never answer the phone and apartment are really cold, the heat is not sufficient

Before you move in to any of these apartments just know the cockroaches gonna lay eggs inside your new furnitures, inside your tvs, microwave, clothes inside your closet and everywhere and everything, basically they gonna destroy all your electronics and furniture. Do not move in, not even shelters are like this. And the stuff won’t do nothing about but tell you clean your apartment “don’t leave food out” even when my apartment is clean and I’m the cleanest, it’s cockroaches even in the ceiling it’s disgusting. I wasted $500.00 in bug spray, poisons and nothing works. Hot water never works, heat comes and goes, dishwasher doesn’t work, everything it’s so old and rusty mosty. Do not waste your money. My 7 years old got very sick due to the cold. I lose everything I toss all my furniture and

I barely write reviews, But i felt I need to write for this. I liked the place and community bu the maintenance is terrible at best. Hey management( if there is any at all) , can you please send a maintenance guy for the following issues :). I am so tired to call the office to report it. 1- refrigerator issues I have reported 3-4 months back 2- heating system making weird sound since last october when the heat was opened first i have reported maybe 10-20 times. 3- hot water issues in the bathroom that i reported maybe 10 times since last June which is the day we moved in.

0 communication They sending fake notice just to check you understand the rental law or not if they found that you don’t have enough information about rental law they start to play games. They getting in your apartment without any permission without emergency case and that’s totally illegal. If you living there I recommend you to install a camera inside and outside your apartment

I lived here for few years. Very spacious apartment and the rent is good value for money. The community is safe and friendly. Great location for commuters to NYC. Diana in the rental office is very helpful and tries her best to keep the residents happy. The maintenance crew is great & shows up fast if you need one.
