I've lived in an apartment through BPM for 8 years and it's been a good and peaceful experience. If I ever had maintenance issues, the maintenance team were usually prompt with fixing my issues after contacting them. There were also never any surprise inspections as management were always good about alerting us in a timely manner whenever inspections were scheduled.

I lived at Lofts at Park Hill and moved out in April 2025, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The biggest issue was a $350 charge for cleaning and maintenance. We spent an entire day thoroughly cleaning the unit before moving out — it was spotless. I even submitted photos to prove this. Yet, we were still charged a large fee. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because future renters deserve transparency!

Easily the best property managements my wife and I have rented from - we rented in the Monument View property and have had nothing but positive experiences with the neighbors, maintenance, and especially Crystal who is always on top of it!

Rented from BPM while in school. We had a great experience with the property we lived in. Anytime something needed to be done their service techs would be out ASAP to take a look. Would recommend BPM to a friend!

Best experience I have had renting in Brookings!! We lived in 2 seperate properties over the years and never had much issues. When we did have an issue, Crystal and I believe the other ladies name is Tracy were amazing and on it right away! From my experience, they treat their tenants well, take care of issues, and don't steal unneccessary money from your deposit like most of the slumlords of Brookings. Highly recommend!!
