Brookfield Residential Single Family Homes at Wendell Falls

If able i would definetly five zero stars and warn anyone to avoid brookfield builders. Save yourself the headache and time. I have owned several other homes and have built before, so I am not new to this process. The previous brookfield model home of the Declan was great. The outcome of ours required lots of follow up and "fixing" things. Most "fixes" were completed in pour quality and continued to be issues. I do not recommend Brookfield Residential Homes in any capacity. My experience from start to finish has been frustrating and disappointing. The core issue lies in their poor management of subcontractors, lack of quality control, and unacceptable customer service. During my one-year warranty period, Brookfield's subcontractors caused severe damage to my driveway by driving heavy machinery over it. It is not only my driveway but a majority of my neighbors who have been effected. Despite this clear negligence, they refused to take responsibility or properly fix my driveway. When I requested a phone call, I was dismissed and redirected to an impersonal 800 number. Post-closing, subcontractors repeatedly blocked my driveway, preventing access to my own property.
