The renters wanted to change the paint color in the house and wanted to add some new lighting. Buying a home in La Jolla is not easy as there are so many variables and it is tricky.  Navigating through all the options is overwhelming, but Dan Sirota is so knowledgeable in all areas of the process.  He found my family a home that is just perfect for us.  The negotiations were tricky as the seller was asking too much for the home.  Dan did such a good job in negotiating not only the price, but also terms.  He then negotiated repairs and got us an extra 17k in repair credit.  I was nervous about it, but he was confident in his negotiations and he was right.  Looking forward to working with Dan on future investment properties and you should consider working with him as well.

Brookeshire Real Estate and their team of experts prepared our condo for sale and made the sale of our condo sooo easy.  They suggested some minor tweaks, but it made a huge difference in our home.  Such a difference it made that I was mad at my husband for not doing the upgrades years earlier!  They painted our old kitchen cabinets white and added stainless steel handles and knobs to the doors and drawers.  They also replaced our old lights with LED lighting and it brightened the house up dramatically—to name a few! Loved working with them.
