Brookdale Apartments

I lived at Brookdale Apartments for 14 months, and I truly had a great experience. It always felt very safe and comfortable — both the neighborhood and the community were wonderful. The residents were friendly and respectful, and the area was peaceful and convenient. The management team, Dillon and Andrea, were always kind, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Everything was handled promptly, and they made living here easy and pleasant. I only moved because I had to relocate, otherwise I would have happily stayed much longer. If I ever look for an apartment again in this area, Brookdale Apartments will be my first choice. This review is absolutely honest — I really enjoyed living here and felt completely safe and cared for❤️

I have been here for almost 3 years and the second I moved in it felt like home to me! I have been lucky to meet some amazing people while living here as well, a few that I can happily call family! I also like how close I am to everything and how they offer events at the office. I have not attended, busy life, but I think it’s awesome that they offer these!! Dillon that works in the office has always been such an amazing help! Anytime I need anything I know that I can reach out to him and he helps in anyway that he can! He makes sure that any issues get handled in a timely manner, no matter what it takes! Anytime I have walked into the office he greats me with a smile and asks how I’m doing or what’s up. Everything is great about this place. The amenities are nice, Dillon and Andrea have always been really nice to us, neighbors are relatively nice and keep to themselves, it's a really great neighborhood. Only docked a star because they are a tad pricey, but the main reason for it is because the parking SUCKS. They have carports that everyone has assigned, which is nice to help with not losing a parking spot, however, you only get one, and they will not allow you to have another one. The issue is, not everyone uses their car port (even though the office addresses this issue saying that people need to use it), and you aren't allowed to park in a carport that's assigned to someone else otherwise you might get towed. I am pretty new here about 3 months. My experience is that the staff are always friendly even the people that clean the stairs and outside. The staff in the offices are always willing to help with a smile

Lived here for 1 year and had a wonderful experience. Dillion in the leasing office is so incredibly kind and helpful, probably the best experience I have ever had with a leasing agent. Location is great and the grounds are kept very well. Sad to be leaving!!
