Brookbend Apartments

I applied for an apartment spoke with Miss Liz. She was very pleasant a kind when I spoke with Fran she was very very rude. Don’t know how to talk to anyone. The more information you sent her to complete the application. The more she requested made me feel like she didn’t want me to get the apartment That’s not good customer service.

Maintenance doesn’t come out despite repeated calls. The AC doesn’t work despite multiple fixes. The gym is never open, and the hours are inconvenient since most people work during the day. The buildings are dirty, with garbage everywhere and an unclean apartment when we moved in. The remodel is horrible, with spackle visible through the paint. The bathroom tub is filthy despite scrubbing, and the hallways are also filthy. Tenants smoke inside their apartments. If you’re considering moving here, don’t save yourself the money and look elsewhere. (Edit) do not move here they do not respond to call in for getting stuffed fixed/replaced . They are doing things to make the outside look nice but nothing for the units themselves or ac’s or fixing up laundry rooms .

I've lived at harbor club for several years and I love it here. I appreciate the way the staff care about the property and the tenants. They are always on top of everything. The grounds are clean. They do a lot of upkeep to maintain the parking lots, tow disabled cars, and keep the grounds looking nice. The manager, Brenda, and the rest of the office staff are very helpful and caring if I ever have a problem. I would recommend Harbor Club Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.

Better off going to Iron Hill apartments, faster process and no beating around the bush, tried to get my mom as close to the hospital for chemotherapy but manager was on vacation for almost a whole week before we heard any news.

I’ve been here 4 months and I have been requesting maintenance since the first day , repeated calls to the office still no ones comes this is ridiculous the amount of money we spend every month to have to deal with things like this is by far Ridiculous the maintenance supervisor needs to be fired ASAP
