Brook Run

The apartment complex did a terrible job of properly cleaning their parking lots, as snow was EVERYWHERE and also piled up on the side making it quite high. They had towed my car, as it was in “reserved parking” however, the sign was completely covered with no indication that this was actually reserved. I tried to talk to the office, but Ashley was extremely rude and was not helpful at all or tried to even help with the matter. She was super dismissive and mentioned I may seem dissatisfied with her response because "that's not you wanted to hear.” Kind of crazy to talk to someone like that.

The apartments are very beautiful, but I'm not here to talk about the apartments; I want to talk about the office staff, specifically the manager, whose name I unfortunately forgot, but she was the manager in 2024. In May 2024, I moved into my new home at Brook Run! At the end of my lease in May 2025, I unfortunately had to move out, and I found that my new apartment wouldn't be ready for up to three days. I spoke with the manager and, with great embarrassment, asked her for an extension of three days, and she said yes, that she could extend my stay. She was truly very kind to me, and I would definitely choose Brook Run again in the future. I am very grateful to her. Brook Run never gave us any problems, and everything is very nice. She always greets all of her guests when she sees us walk

I recently toured Brook Run and had the pleasure of meeting Ashley, and I have to say the experience was genuinely impressive. She walked me through everything with patience, answered every question clearly, and made the whole place feel welcoming. You can tell she really cares about helping people and knows her stuff. If you’re checking out Brook Run, definitely ask for Ashley—you’ll be in good hands.

I recently had a walk through with Ashley and the vibe she has is amazing! You can tell she takes really great pride in her work. The apartments are beautiful too! Ashley was able to answer all of my questions with no hesitation. She was very, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Been living at Brook Run for several months now with my husband and we enjoy it here. The closed patio is perfect for our cats and the apartment has a nice open layout. What's also nice is the central heating & AC and in unit washer/dryer. The leasing office is great to work with and maintenance is very responsive. Would recommend
