Broadway Palace Apartments (North)

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Broadway Palace Apartments! The property is beautiful and elegant, featuring a stunning pool and immaculate common areas, including grills, elevators, a gym, sauna, library, and lobby. Everything is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to have guests over—they’re always impressed by the views and amenities. Pablo has been exceptional in addressing all my requests to keep my apartment spotless, and maintenance is incredibly responsive. I love my live/work loft, especially having separate entrances for my business and home. Plus, the convenience of two parking spaces is a huge bonus. I want to begin this review with the positives. To the cleaning and maitenence crews, thank you so much for your efforts. 5/5 stars to them, this property would not function or be inhabitable if it was not for their tremendous hard work. The cleaning crews especially- it was obviously an uphill daily battle to keep this entire complex as clean as they were able to. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for caring about the cleanliness as much as you did. Everything else? This place has a “no pets” policy. That means every tenant you see here with pets is the type of person to claim “it’s my emotional support animal!!!” while having the most disgusting and untrained animal you can imagine. Amazing building!! I can’t believe this apartment has 4.0 rating. The walls are awfully thin I can hear the bass vibrate and it makes my heart so uncomfortable, even though my neighbor claimed they kept the music very low. And don’t mention there are always stash’s of trash outside the trash chute and dog shits inside the hallway. This is the best decision I made in my life!!

Dirty amenities and spaces! TO MANY CAR BREAK INS AND NO SECURITY UPDATE AND SAFETY! PACKAGES STOLEN CONSTANTLY, NOTHING IS URGENT FOR THESE PEOPLE IVE WAITED MONTHS FOR HELP WHEN MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO 3 TIMES! RUN AWAY AND AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY OVERCHARGE BECAUSE NEW BUILDINGS ARE PRICY SO THEY THINK THEY CAN CHARGE THAT TOO YET ONCE YOU SIGN THAT LEASE AND GET THE KEYS YOU ARE NO LONGER IMPORTANT AND THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU RESOLVE ISSUES. THEY KEEP THEIR PROFITS AND LEAVE THINGS BROKEN AND UNRESOLVED FOR MONTHS! IF I WERE YOU FIND A BETTER PLACE THAT VALUES CLEANLINESS, SAFETY, AND YOUR PROBLEMS.
