From the start destiny has been my girl to help out with tour, application, deposit, move in & all. This girl made our experience something so smooth.. she worked around my schedule when my husband would be out of work early.. the apartment are the best apartments I’ve found on the market! Everything is renovated plus we have a patio and my favorite thing is a washer and a dryer!! There’s no more trips to the laundromat!! Thank you Des! From Mrs. Rodriguez & Mr. Saenz!

I have been living in this apartment for almost two years. During this time, the property has gone through five different maintenance teams, and ongoing issues have never been properly resolved. Since September 2024, I have been dealing with a persistent mold problem in my bathroom caused by a leaking tub from the apartment above mine. Maintenance only patched the area without properly repairing or sealing the leak, and the issue continues. Additionally, my air conditioning unit has been leaking, which caused significant water damage and a large hole in the ceiling/wall. This has created ongoing moisture issues and potential health concerns. Toured the apartments and fell in love with them. Process has been easy so far. Management is nice and answers any questions I may have. UPDATE 03/11/26 so I’ve moved in as of 03/03 but since that night is when the problems started. AC was leaking onto the floor. Maintenance came and “fixed issue” but it kept leaking. Maintenance came out again just for it to keep leaking. The issue is now fixed but now the AC is blowing hot air. Let’s talk about how the apartment was not really move in ready. Mostly everything was dirty, washer and dryer weren’t cleaned, not even the dishwasher, both had bad smells. I was moved in without the smoke detector batteries being changed. You call maintenance but it takes so long for someone to come out. The most disappointing part is you can’t bring your own

This complex offers spacious and comfortable units. We are downstairs for the first time and we love it. We had issues with our A/C unit upon moving in but maintenance fixed it immediately. If you want internet i advise that you get t mobile

I've been living at boardway apartments for almost 3 years now. I've really enjoyed living in this apartment! The location is super convenient, with easy access to everything I need. The management is responsive and helpful, always addressing any concerns quickly. The apartment itself is well-maintained and comfortable. I especially appreciate the amenities, like the children playground for my daughters.
