Broad Trace Apartments

Warning: Jay Patel owns this apartment, but two dishonest women manage the property. I moved in before Jessica Barefoot became the manager. She withheld my deposit claiming damages that occurred before I even moved into the apartment. She never inspected the apartment after Patel purchased the property. She doesn't any idea what was damaged. Furthermore, the prior manager signed my check-in list with damages showing all the damages that she claimed that I did to the apartment.
