Broad Ripple Trails

I lived at BRT for 1.5 years. It was quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves. The office was usually pretty responsive. Maintenance was kind but sometimes took a few days to respond. There were a few times that the hot water was out for much of the day, but that may have been specific to my building. I appreciated how regularly the hallways were cleaned.

Review written prior to fully moving in! Had some bumps during the application & apartment selection process, but Shayanti & Paul were very attentive and resolved everything promptly. I’m very pleased with my apartment & look forward to living at BRT!

I am surprised to read some of the other reviews because my husband and I have had such a great experience at Broad Ripple Trails. The complex is in a great area--close enough to Broad Ripple Avenue to really appreciate the district, but enough on the edge that you don't have to pay the extra rent just to say you live in Broad Ripple. The buildings were built in the '70s, so they're not bursting with modern amenities, but our townhouse is in good condition and has everything we need--spacious living areas, dependable appliances, washer/dryer hookups, a private fenced patio for our dog, etc. Maintenance comes around a couple times a year to make sure everything is in working order. EDIT ✍🏾 11/14/2025 BRT HAS ROACHES 🪳 Unless you like mediocre pest control and trying to live with a roach infestation don’t rent here. What’s even more appalling is they’re charging over 1500 they wildin. 11/07/25 Water heater has been out since Thursday. I have children in this home who need hot water for basic hygiene. BRT has shown zero urgency in resolving this issue. Unacceptable response time and complete disregard for tenant needs. I expected basic habitability standards to be met. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and care.

I have had a great experience signing my lease and living at Broad Ripple Trails. My neighbors are friendly and I love the view from my balcony! Regina has been immensely helpful and kind during every step of the way. :)
