Brittany Springs Apartments

Couldn’t be more happy with my experience with Britany Springs! Extremely kind and professional staff with an absolutely beautiful property. Christina went above and beyond to give us a 5 star tour and we are happy to now call it home. Would highly recommend!!

My fiancé and I took a tour of the apartments and CC was so sweet and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer every question we had. We are hoping to be accepted as residents here because of how friendly and nice everything is! Would definitely recommend for families looking to rent!

My fiancé and I just moved into Brittany Springs and it has been a great experience to be here so far. Everyone is very nice, the staff has been ontop of everything when issues arise. Christina went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and helped greatly in our transition into the apartments.

I cannot stress enough how trash this place is. Constant water issues. Maintenance breaks more stuff than they fix. They broke the water shutoff valve to my toilet off so every time it leaks (once a month) I can't fix it and I need to wait the 20 minutes it takes for them to get here to fix the toilet. Every time water has leaked into my apartment the maintenance team has taken my shower towels to clean up the mess and subsequently ruin them. This has been both from water leaking out of the ceiling from upstairs as well as constant toilet and sink issues. The walls behind the ground radiators all have openings into the walls and are extremely dirty. Mice run around in the ceiling all night while you sleep. Everyday I wake up in this place I want to leave and cannot wait to break this

My husband and I moved with my daughter here over seven years ago, it is a very safe environment and the staff is great. You really feel at home. My husband passed away in May of 2023, he would sit in the living room and look out at the mini park which is comforting. He had dementia and would sometimes wander, the neighbors would walk him back. Also, if there were any maintenance needs they were addressed immediately.
