I would give them zero starts if I could. Worst management company in Chester County. They do not care about their tenants' needs at all and will ignore paying tenants if it doesn't suit them. I would consider any other management company but them. Terrible customer service and worse treatment to tenants. They do care about you at all.

Brite Realty Services are extremely poor! On August 4th, 2015, I called and spoke with an employee regarding needed repairs to my apt. This employee (a female - who did not bother to self identify) told me she would contact Bill Alexander and that she would call me back in an hour. She did NOT call me back at all! The following week, 8/10/15, I called Brite Realty and spoke with a man (who did not bother to tell me his name) who abruptly cut me off and told me I had to contact Bill Alexander (property owner) directly, as Bill is the person who does all the repairs. I have been waiting for the property owner to do repairs for now over 3 weeks, and I am completely exasperated! And Brite Realty employees, in fact, only added to this problem.
