Brisas Del Sur Apartments

Excellent place to live. Brisas del Sur is a well-maintained property with very nice common areas. It has a pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground. The landscaping is very well taken care of. Great work by the administration and maintenance team. Thank you to Christine Ferrer, the manager, for her good attention and availability, as well as José in maintenance and Yasmany as the technician.

I went with my mom, and we absolutely loved the beautiful and very relaxing place. The pool was lovely, and the service was spectacular. A very kind girl named Christine Ferrer helped us; she was the best, and we were very grateful for her service. I hope to rent again someday.

My experience in Brisas del Sur was excellent, everything was very clean and nice, its swimming pool, there is a gym and they have a clubhouse. Manager Christine Ferrer was very attentive and kind at all times. 100% recommended, I hope to return soon.

I had such a great time visiting Brisas Del Sur! Christine Pérez gave me a tour and was super friendly and helpful she answered all my questions. I really loved the community, everything looks great, and I’m so happy I got to see it. Highly recommend Christine!

I think I found my new place, nice pool, gym, and new apartments. Loved the kitchen has an island and they use solar which is interesting. Office staff was friendly and explained the application process. Check out pizzeria habana after for a pizza and milkshake
