Our experience with the new home is pretty similar to the last reviewer's. The home is well-built and well-finished for the most part and we are very happy in it. But the service post-purchase has been pretty subpar. One of the fixer items that was listed and agreed to on our mutual agreement over 13 months ago is still unfixed today (water heater venting). It wasn't fixed when we closed and was brought up to the warranty company as well in month 1. I'm tired of waiting at this point and just bought all the parts and materials to do it myself. Outside of that, there have only been some minor issues but I submitted almost all of the 11 month warranty claims in November (4 months ago) but still have several items that have been largely ignored by the warranty company until now.

House itself is beautiful and we’re really happy with it. But when buying a new build (my 3rd experience buying new build) there are always little issues here and there that need to be fixed within the 1 year warranty window. To piggyback off the other negative review on here, they are pretty bad about fixing things as promised after the house is sold. We are 6 months into the purchase and still have outstanding warranty items from the 3 month check up. My baby’s door to his bedroom won’t stay closed and creaks open, often waking him up. And the ac unit on the first floor also isn’t working properly. So it’s not just a cosmetic thing that I’d normally have no problem waiting for the final 1 year warranty claim. I have purchased a home from this company in July. On July 10th, after moving inside the house and turning on the ac, I have noticed a loud noise. Upon inspection, it was coming from the hvac. I have raised the issue to the builder, and he has pointed me to the warranty coordinator. They replaced the blower. Nothing changed, the noise was still loud. After I reached out again the warranty coordinator informed me that the builder is refusing to service this further because apparently this is not an issue and excessive noise is not covered by workmanship warranty. I paid a third party hvac technician for a second opinion who confirmed that the unit was poorly installed and pointed out the issues. I recently selected Katie to market and sell my home in Snohomish. The results she received prove that I made the right decision. I have to start by saying that I would 100% recommend utilizing Katie as a real estate agent. She is a genuinely nice person, she’s professional, personable and knowledgeable. She sold our condo in Snohomish last year and helped us buy a home we really love. She has a ton of resources at her disposal to help buyers and sellers (professional photographers, stagers, lenders). Through multiple issues (listing our condo the week Covid 19 was first detected in WA, losing the new construction home we were 5 days from closing on because of a flood, helping us get back out there and start our search for a new home completely over, etc.) she handled everything with grace and good humor and she kept us thinking and feeling positive in a really tough market.
