I rented from Bright Properties while getting my undergraduate degree, I had left town for about a year and when I came back I made sure to rent from them again. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request, messages about any concerns/questions and are super reliable. Every location is well taken care of, you can take pride in living there. I recommend anyone to live at a Bright Property managed apartment or house.

Old Town -- Great location, close to downtown and local coffee shops and restaurants, but still pretty quiet. Management is quick with communication and maintenance is prompt. The units are really nice. Friendly neighbors, plus some community cats that like to stop by and say hello!

I provide pest control services for these apartments through Truly Nolen, and I have to say they do an excellent job taking care of their tenants. The management team Joleen and Tricia communicates well, stays on top of maintenance needs, and truly cares about keeping the property in great shape. I also service several of their other locations, and they consistently provide the same high level of care and professionalism everywhere. Highly recommend!
