Brier Woods Apartments

My family & I did a tour and applied for this property but unfortunately things didn’t work out in our favor. Leaving a review to give a huge thanks to Morgan for all the helpful information & beyond top tier professionalism. Morgan was responsive, and always helpful whenever I had questions or needed something addressed. Communication was clear and timely, and any concerns were handled quickly and efficiently. She made apartment hunting stress-free, which is rare these days. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager.

I was concerned about moving back to WA and was looking for a place in an area I was familiar with. I was happy to chat with Morgan. She is very kind and understanding. It's refreshing talking to a member of staff that treats me like I matter. Especially after chatting with someone rude at another complex. I will definitely be putting these apartments on my list of potential places to live.

Clean and Quiet. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend these apartments. Great location. Lots of parks. Businesses and my daughter loves her new school.

So I was just at this complex the other day, my family and I were looking for a home, and unfortunately the complex didn’t meet our needs as far as location and work… BUT we really admired the staff, the maintenance guy was pretty nice when we came in, and the manager or whatever the one guy in the fronts job is, he was very informative and helpful. I think his name was Frencos, or Franchoise but he was great. If this complex was closer to our place of work, we would’ve LOVED to live here. The area is great for everything, and it’s by the Walmart my aunt works at! Totally cool. Hopefully after this year they have an opening for us and we move back this way.

I had a wonderful time looking and shopping for an affordable apartment! The staff was super helpful big shout out to Morgan Britt! She answered every last question I had about each property and had so much patience with me and my family during the process! Thank you Morgan!!
