Bridlewood On Westland Apartments in Knoxville

I recently moved here from Florida. Bridlewood fit my mix of price, apartment size, location and overall feeling like somewhere I want to come home to after work. Celanie my leasing agent didn't pressure and was proud to be showing me the property. Even after moving in she has been a huge help getting me settled in and fixing some of the items needing repair. There is some concern that they are in a transition, perhaps to new management or owners. But so far I am very happy with my community.

I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, the leasing manager at Bridlewood Apartments, and she has been fantastic throughout the leasing process. From the moment we walked into her office without an appointment, Jennifer was incredibly flexible, responsive, professional, and friendly. She was patient in answering questions and addressing concerns, making me feel valued as a potential resident. Jennifer went the extra mile to ensure that we are happy and well-informed. I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering moving to Bridlewood Apartments.

We moved into Bridlewood a few weeks ago, and everything has been perfect! Jared gave us a fantastic tour of the community, and you could genuinely feel his passion for the neighborhood as he showed us around. He was very professional and had all the answers to our questions. His enthusiasm truly sold us on the community, but more importantly, he left a lasting impression on us. We are so happy to call Bridlewood our home!

Bridlewood apartments are very nice. Kristen Detwiler helped me get into my apartment and made the process so easy. She truly is caring and understanding and will work with you to do whatever she can. I love my apartment and am glad that I call Bridlewood home.

Lived there for three years. Ok until it became a drug den we found crack pipes on our porch. Neighbors super loud to the point you get no sleep. Management won't do anything about this problem or any other problem. Parking is horrible and the weekends people that don't live there pile in for drinking and drugs. Dogs bark constantly. Neighbors listen to your conversations at your door. Would never recommend living there!!
