Please do not let these negative reviews deter you from considering this apartment as your home. I almost did and so glad that I didn’t. Highlights: This complex is so quiet we never heard our neighbors and I wouldn’t have known we even had any except I did see them in each side of us even with a dog. We were on the first floor too. Incredible location- within walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, great places to eat, an urgent care, and spa across the street. Great amenities- I frequently order packages and never had any issues with the location of the packages. The parking garage was also secure and safe, we never saw any break ins, our car was fine. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve only lived here 2 months and I already regret every second of it. I should have trusted the negative reviews, but I ignored them and now I’m stuck dealing with exactly what everyone warned about. • Discrimination at the door: From the moment we step in, the leasing agent Kim gave my husband attitude and treated him like he wasn’t qualified to live here. Let’s be real it felt racially motivated. That’s the first red flag and still one of the biggest problems here. She’s rude, unhelpful, and the complete opposite of welcoming. If management really wants to “fix” this place, step one is getting rid of her. • Parking nightmare: The garage is always full unless you cough up $150/month for a reserved spot. Otherwise, good luck fighting for street parking

Kim is your best bet to go through . Kim is amazing. She’s very friendly outgoing. She knows her job very well. I’ve never had any issues with receiving my packages. I have a paid parking spot which people seem to think it’s OK for them to park in my spot. That’s the only issue I’ve had here, but if you park in my spot and they’re closed, my vehicle will block your vehicle and you will have to go through me to get out of my parking spot😁…. I love that the property is secured from other people being able to walk right in.. the location is top notch with being able to walk over to Whole Foods or if you want to get your nails done or if you wanna buy a bicycle or you wanna get some ice cream it’s a great central location. This is somewhat outdated review but I thought it was important to add. I’m from out of town and I was in Seattle area for one day and stopped by here while touring University Place for a rental. This wasn’t the place that showed up in my search back home, but the building looked nice, so I wanted to check it out. I buzzed and asked if I could take a tour. Now that I’d been searching for rentals, I know that even if they don’t have vacant units, they would still invite you to come to the office to show the layout and get to know you. I was denied at the buzzer and they didn’t even let me in for the tour of amenities because I didn’t have an appointment. I get that accommodating walk in customers can be difficult, but they should know that there will be impromptu visitors like me who come f

We had a great experience touring the apartment! Leilana helped moving in us , she was very kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel welcome.
