I deeply appreciate Bryck by Bryck’s thorough work on our home inspection. This is the first house we have owned and I was eager to learn everything I could about my new home. David was patient with me, answered all my questions, taught me invaluable things about the house, and was willing to put together the report quickly to meet escrow deadlines. I appreciate the emphasis on safety in their recommendations on what is most urgent to repair.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we are so happy we were recommended Brick by Bryck. Not only did the inspection feel incredibly thorough, Bryck and his team explained everything to us along the way. It felt like not just an inspection, but a Homeowners 101 course and was so helpful in learning about what things needed to be serviced and how often, and what to look out for while the house was still under warranty. Very happy with my inspection. David was very thorough in his inspection and gave me numerous maintenance tips along the way. The owner also showed up, and he too gave some additional tips as well as some comedic relief! After I received my report, I had some concerns about a particular photo. David provided me with information that was within his scope of expertise that alleviated my concerns. If not for his follow-up, I would have passed on a perfectly good house. Great experience.
