Briarwood Hills Apartments

I have lived here for 3ish years... Cons: Visitor Parking: - Visitors can only stay for 2 hours in a 24 hour period, or they will be towed (So not enough time to have a guest, drive to a meal, and drive back) - If a visitor is staying for 2+ hours, you must getting a visitor pass during office hours while most people are at work and closed most of the hours where anyone may have a guest (9-5 weekdays, closed on weekends, federal holidays, Christian holidays and orthodox Jewish holidays). It feels like living in a college dorm room or with your parents. Laundry: -For a majority of 3 years, 2 washers out of 8 worked consistently, 4 out of the 8 dryers "worked", but will not dry your clothes thoroughly. They have recently replaced the laundry units, it took 3ish years. The replacements a

17 days and we cannot wait. One year is all I can take. This was the worse apartment I have ever lived in. I thought maybe it was because we hadn’t lived in an apartment environment for years but every month it just got worse. There is water that comes up from the flooring, they came days after I opened a ticket and their answer was “it’s because it rained….” It was only when it rained it happens constantly. They offered me a studio but they wanted me to pay same amount that I was paying for one bedroom. Photos of glue and water come up through seams of flooring. They took away assigned parking spaces after hiring a horrible park management company. They were so rude and threatened. They do not allow visitors to stay for longer than 2hours. Having been a tenant for upwards of ten years I have only the best things to say about the upkeep of my unit and the property on whole with a wonderful maintenance manager and a great leasing manager named Susan. Susan has been very helpful and is not only professional but very pleasant. She has truly been a great addition to the staff and works hard to keep everyone in the loop. Always an open door policy and always reachable, which means a lot given the number of tenants and the size of the complex. The maintenance team has always on top of requests and follows up quickly through to completion. Nothing but the best in my opinion and I am very happy to call Briarwood home.

My husband and I moved here just over a year and half now. We moved into a newly remodeled 1 bedroom and we couldn’t be happier. Our neighbors are fantastic and management is absolutely wonderful. Maintenance is very productive and the grounds are kept very nice. It’s a nice quiet spot with a lot of walking around the complex for the dogs and not to mention a very nice size pool!

My name is Carol (not Claudia). Google asks me to review places and my apartment complex popped up yesterday. I wrote an average review and the owners responded using an incorrect name. That upset me to write a lesser review than Briarwood deserves. I took that review down. Last October I moved in and truly was appreciative for Michelle being super awesome throughout the process. On the walk through my unit smelled of bleach so I felt it was detailed completely. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I cleaned top to bottom and made my unit mine. I also clean regularly so it stays nice. During the first super soaker storm I discovered my windows and front door leaked. I happened to see the apartment repair guys and they caulked both windows and the door for me, even though I was not on the lis
