Briarwick Apartments

I have lived out here for bout 3 years now and the first 6 mos was fine but after that everything went down hill the halls be nasty most of the time you have damn near threaten to call corporate everytime you want something fixed smh and the worst thing of all after bein here for 3 years this summer i got roaches out of nowhere and i have to threaten to sue juss to get them in here to treat it smh briarwick is a horrible place to live i would never recommend this place to anybody ever again in my life unless they do something to make it better out here but i dont see that happenin any time soon so if i were you i would stay very far away from this place cuz ik the second i cn afford to move im out of here with the quickness !

They are racist. They don’t want certain people to move in. Or work there. First time in my life I have ever experienced blatant discrimination for the color of my skin or lack there of.

I've lived at Briarwick for about a year. They have a wonderful playground for my kids, the neighbors are friendly, and the office staff has been very helpful. My mom is on the wait list, so I'm hoping she can get in soon!

I lived here for a total of six years and was never treated with respect . Only as if I was lower than the lady in the office she’s made me cry tears multiple times ! My apartment when I moved out had black mold everywhere that I wasn’t aware of until taking things out ! I ended up with roaches too right before I moved out they did treat them

Check for mold before you move in especially if you have kids. The hallways are disgusting. The management is terrible. I would make this your very last option
