I had the pleasure of visiting and viewing this community. My interactions were with Patricia and Kevin. Patricia has a very warm personality, she is easy to interact with and we spoke like we had known each other for years, super pleasant she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kevin is friendly, well-mannered and has tons of patience. He took me to view several apartments because I really couldn’t decide on what I liked. The community is clean and seems to be very quiet.

Patricia was absolutely amazing throughout my apartment leasing experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She guided me through every step of the process, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to Patricia’s dedication and attention to detail, the entire leasing process was stress-free and seamless. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment. She made the experience a great one!

Great place to live clean, quiet, and well maintained. The location is convenient, and the staff and maintenance team are very responsive. Highly recommend Patrisa is wonderful ,professional, kind, and very helpful. She made everything easy and stress-free. Truly appreciate her support

I lived in this apartment for four years and experienced ongoing issues from the very beginning. I was originally scheduled to move in on 10/08/21, but on moving day I was informed the date had to be pushed back four days because something needed to be fixed. I was eight months pregnant at the time, but I agreed as there was no point in arguing. I officially moved in on 10/12/21 under different ownership. Upon moving in, the apartment was in unacceptable condition. The refrigerator was filthy, the cabinets were extremely dirty, and there was a serious roach infestation in the back of the unit. The situation was so overwhelming that I cried. I reported this and was told someone would come to spray, but in the four years I lived there, I am not confident that proper pest control was ever pr

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience working with Jay in the front office! She made my move-in process so seamless, professional, and stress-free. Jay was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend speaking with Jay if you’re moving in or need assistance . she’s the best!
