Brandywine Garden Apartments

Pro. -Had a really nice beautiful modern one bed room apartment. -your own parking space -very professional Con. -Vermin/infestation-youll see a termination truck every week. The apt. We moved into that was supposedly clean was infested with bedbugs -One man maintenance team -Noisy and ignorant neighbors -If you don't resign the lease, your rent WILL go up 40-50 bucks every time.

This complex is DISGUSTING. Lived there alone as a single female and was scared to walk into my apartment at night. There were a group of men in a van that would park next to me and sit in their van at night and get drunk and leave their beer bottles on my car. The landlord is pathetic for charging 1000+ for him to do nothing about the smell of that place, the maget issue they have, and the mold they have growing in the walls. These apartments are worth at most 750 for not only the pure trash that live there but the quality of the landlord the disgusting smell of the place and the joke of a maintenance guy. Spend your money somewhere actually decent.

I've been living here for about 6 yrs. I get along well enough with management and maintenance even if you do have to stay on them about repairs. They keep the place clean and try to stay up on appearances. Most neighbors are easy enough to get along with.

I really wish I could rent here. If only I could get a hold of the people in charge to get any information. However, every single time I have called this number (And I have called MULTIPLE times, for days in a row), I was told to leave my number and someone would get back to me. But nothing. So this is my last-ditch effort to get somebody’s attention.

I've been living at Brandywine Garden Apartments for 12 years never had an issue. Things happen it's an old building but they keep up on their maintenance I love it here.
