Brandywine Apartments

I rarely have maintenance issues, however when I do, the office (Malika) and maintenance teams (Cecil & Chip) at Brandywine West Bloomfield are highly responsive and courteous. We appreciate their hospitality and professionalism!

I know people often complain about maintenance but we at Brandywine have the BEST maintenance crew one could ever hope for! I place a maintenance request online and within 24 hours often way less (a couple of hours) they are at my unit addressing and repairing the problem. They are efficient, polite, and never leave a mess. My hat goes off to them and I certainly hope that people who live at Brandywine realize how good we have it here. People need to understand that if they don’t get there as fast as you like there are others having higher priority issues…. Relax and wait your turn!

I know someone who moved here, and I visited the place it is old & run down, not one window closed properly or u just couldn’t open it, the furnace ran constantly very cold & drafty during winter!! The appliances are ancient, screen door fell off, ceramic tiles were cracked ,and the front door was not sealed properly, also the step at top of stairs is missing its bullnose underneath carpeting very hazardous!!! Don’t waste your money! They should be ashamed of themselves for renting out to anyone until these issues were resolved.

I live in Briarcliff which is a sister property of brandywine. i left the house this morning and got about 2 hours away. something in my head couldn’t remember if i turned my stove off or not, thankfully, Chip, the maintenance guy, was able to run over to my place and make sure it was turned off for me. Thanks Chip!

I have been at Brandy-Wine for a year and I can not be happier, the people at the lease office are excellent and the maintenance people are very good and quick to respond when you need them. The units are great, clean and very spacious, giving you an instant felling that you are at home!.
