Thornberry Apartments

As a resident who utilizes the space and uses weights it could be better organized and there is room for at least a bench press set up. I appreciate the cable machine and dumbbells at least! All the cardio machines minus the bike could be next to each other to make room for the bench, and a ceiling fan or another fan in general would be appreciated. Also the coat rack is nowhere near the door and the water filter is on red. The mirrors for form check is also appreciated!

Irina in the office has the worse attitude. She has a condescending disposition and treats residents like they are beneath her. Also, the gym should not be advertised as an amenity in this complex until they upgrade. The treadmills are wobbly and unsafe and one doesn’t have an emergency stop button, so good luck if you fall or need to pause suddenly. Your chances of injury are very high. It’s absolutely horrible. Trash thrown on props grounds.

I just had the pleasure of viewing an apartment with Irina, and I have to say, this young lady is a total pro. I mean, I've dealt with some real estate agents in my time, but this one was top-notch. First of all, she was on time. Like, exactly on time. I'm talking seconds, people. She showed up, smiled, and we got down straight to business. The tour of the apartment was seamless. She knew every detail, every feature, every nook and cranny. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot) without hesitation. But what really impressed me was her honesty. She didn't try to sugarcoat anything or make false promises. She told me straight up about the pros and cons of the apartment, and I appreciated that. Overall, I would highly recommend Irina to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable

I am still living here until my lease renewal in July. I truly hope this problem gets resolved; otherwise, we may need to consider looking for a different home. This is not only my issue. You can ask anyone living in Thornberry, and they will agree that the AC/heat vents are not clean. We wipe our tables at night, and by the morning there is already a layer of dust again. I have a newborn baby, and she has been having difficulty breathing. Her doctor advised us to check the AC/heat vents because the air quality in the house may not be safe for her. I called the office and reported the issue, but no one returned my call. After waiting two days, I went to the office in person. I believe the maintenance manager told me that nothing could be done. I really love living at Thornberry apartments. The location, the quiet atmosphere and the accommodating maintenance staff, especially Frank- are so helpful and go above and beyond! I had an issue with my dryer not working and Frank troubleshooted 3 different methods to resolve it. He wasn’t satisfied til everything was working as it should. Excellent complex and staff. I love living here :)
