The application process is horrible. It would have been nice to talk to someone other than AI also it took me three hours to do it going back to the leasing office for help. AI kept asking for things I all ready gave to them. I got way too many emails from AI. I got very frustrated. I had to have someone else call to be approved. The Apartment is nice but I had to give a list to the manger about things that have to be fixed. You need an easier better application process.?this one sucks

Had a tour today. Teela was very nice, patient and professional. The other woman in the office were acting rude towards my kid. I had a very bad feeling there afterward. After reading these reviews on google, helped me to make the final decision to stay away from these apartments.

**DO NOT try to move in if you have medium/big furniture** (Grand Ranch Second Floor - 2000 square feet) We just recently moved into this apartment complex and have already had such a bad experience. We are currently renting the Grand Ranch second floor, which is 2000 square feet apartment. We had such a terrible move-in experience as when you entered in the door, the stairs were extremely steep and narrow, and there was a 90 degree turn almost immediately when walking in. (As seen in the picture down below). This made it almost impossible to move in any of our medium/big furniture (even a queen size matress or any of our vanity dressers). Aldingbrooke has a major trash issue and is contributing to the litter in the surrounding community. For some reason there is no dumpster, so bags of trash just sit in front of the apartments. Residents are not fined when leaving trash out days ahead of time, there is nowhere to put it until trash comes, and debris routinely blows around the yards and gets caught in trees. Animals tear open bags and spread rotten food. The issue could be greatly alleviated by providing a dumpster, but instead trash bags are sitting out for days until their contents are emptied across the property. We are very pleased. We love our unit, feel very comfortable and have delightful neighbors. As would be the case with any residence/ building rhere have been a few maintenance "hickups". The maintance staff in general, and Jen the coordinator have been amazingly responsive. Happy to be here!
