Keep a copy of your lease because they'll try and change it behind your back. Zero professional level communication from office staff and not friendly. Maintenance people are great, though. Half the tenants smoke weed and park illegally. It took them weeks to process everything, when everywhere else I've stayed got my lease done on walk in. I missed the last chance to see my grandmother alive because of that. It's at least livable. Don't recommend.
Ever since Keystone took over Bramblewood it has significantly improved. The proper manager and staff also take care and look after their tenants. If I were to rent in Goldsboro again I would definitely consider Bramblewood.
I am transferring too Goldsboro NC from Northeast PA with the job I have and would like to thank the staff at Keystone for helping me with finding places too live in the surrounding area that I would like too be in. Thank you to Mrs. Burney very much for all your help
Bramblewood is very good!!love the pool and they have good service.
