Braewood Apartments

Seems to be a nice apartment community. It's clean and is pet friendly. I really liked all the closet and storage space in the unit. There's also a playground for kids to play on. The only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because there's no pool, or hot tub or work out gym. Plus those are not really necessities. Plenty of grass area to take your pets for a walk and there's covered parking as well. The units also have a balcony and a fireplace. The manager on-site was also very friendly and helpful with me. Overall was pleased with this place.

Living at Braewood Apartments has been fantastic! Gina, the best administrator, always goes above and beyond for residents. Although there's no gym or pool, the affordable rent is a major plus. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient, with malls, stores, and multiple freeways nearby. If you're looking for a great place to live on a budget, Braewood Apartments is the perfect choice!

Peaceful community. Great neighbors. Excellent management staff. Rommel is the best maintenance guy, they take care of things quickly and efficiently here. Beautiful grounds to walk the dog. Small park for kids. Have loved living here!

Me son and I have been here for almost three years. When we first moved here the manger was horrible!!! I’m glad they cleaned house and got a new manger. Gina has been so great to work with, she responds quickly and is very empathetic to any concerns we have. They came to fix something in my apartment, I was concerned about my doggies running out the door. Gina took the time to update me about my doggies well being and assured me everything was going great. I’m so thankful for her and the amazing staff here at Braewood. I love everything about my apartment it’s very cozy and tons of space I love how they have doggie bags throughout the property for pet owners to clean up after their pet. Worst rental experience I have ever had. We were in a unit less than 1 year. Rent was $1300 but we paid closer to $1450 a month + utilities.Tenants even pay property tax, property insurance. The worst part was that they replaced our heater with a "money saving" one (haha) our heating or cooling bill was $200 a month. They never properly sealed the old unit and when winter came we froze. They didn't care.
