Bradley Townhomes & Apartments

They don't update anything, and the rent raises every year it's not worth what I pay in rent ($1430), especially since all the appliances are white and outdated. I am currently looking for a better place where the inside appliances are stainless steel and nice. If you are looking for a place that increases rent significantly yearly, doesn't change anything or makes updates, barely answers the phone, doesn't send maintenance out in a appropriate time, confuses clients and hassles you if you are day late on the rent then look no further this is the place for you.

Lived here since 2019. Do not move over here. It has gotten bad throughout the years. All they do is shoot over and break onto cars occasionally. While living here someone shot through my friends door and another resident was shot in their sleep. Also, someone recently was shooting in front of my unit. If u value your life stay far away from this place.

I love living here. Whenever there's a problem, which there rarely is, I call the office and they come fix it either that day or the next, they send people around every few months to check for bed bugs, we always get advanced notices, and they have cameras installed (makes me feel safe). The house layout is extremely nice. Comes with a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. It's honestly the best place I've lived on my own so far. And Cam is always on top of everything. She seems to genuinely care. I'll stay here until I move out of Milwaukee.

This is the best place to live!!! I love my neighbors and the feeling of community here! We look out for each other and are always out there to lend a hand and say hello. The staff is so attentive and quick to respond to my needs. I have dealt with Alyse and Cam in the past and I've had such positive interactions with them. Always helpful and quick with anything I need!!!!!

Our tenure here for the last 7 years have been awesome. The property manager is outstanding and has handled any problem or concerns I've had in real time. The culture is quiet and for the most part peaceful. If this sounds like you then- Bradley Townhomes is the place for you!
