Bradford Place Apartments

I have had an extremely poor experience with Bradford Place on Carlyle. Unfortunately, the main issue is just communication. When you need help with anything, you hit a wall of silence through phone, text, or email. Its a frustrating and frightening experience. I am not sure if this is due under-staffing, simple incompetence, or complete disregard for the dignity of its tenants. What caused me to write this review is something I have never dealt with. After accidentally double paying for my last month of rent, my pleas for help have been totally ignored. I have been unable to talk with anyone and have a simple discussion. As a student in college, I simply need this money for expenses. I have now gone through my bank and may explore legal options if its financially sound. Simply communica

I tried for weeks they only took messages NEVER a call back!!! Then I was given a fake address, when I arrived at the address it was a health care. When I called to verify the address I told it was the correct address. When I finally located the office no answer. There was someone who said they was there for a viewing but no one showed the leasing office was probably waiting for me to leave. I called again using a number a resident gave me the man still insisted to leave a message and had no contact with the leasing office!! DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL LIE AND NOT HELP!!!

Lived at the apartments on carlyle. Homeless guy living in the laundry room next door. Can never get a hold of anyone. Moved out in April still haven't gotten my deposit back and it's almost September. Place was immaculate when I left. Way overpriced. Stay away

Will post better review when completely moved out. Don't waste your time here. Three years later and this is still the worst complex I’ve ever lived in. My AC unit somehow flooded my entire living room which I turn damaged all my furniture. A couple weeks later I’m in my kitchen wearing only a robe and three grown men walked into my apartment with no notice. Bring only 19 at the time I was horrified and completely afraid. Turns out my landlord gave them a key to my apartment to put fans into my apartment to completely dry it out. I complained to upper management from the company and was basically given the shoulder shrug but was allowed to leave my lease early as I didn’t feel safe with her being my landlord anymore. THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR ME TO EVEN INQUIRE FOR AN APARTMENT!! I’ve been trying to get in here for years! No one on site or anything!!! WHATS GOING ON!?!?!?!?!?
