I honestly can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. The staff here Kristie and Melodie are absolutely amazing and friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued as a resident. If I have any questions or concerns they are handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes such a huge difference.The community is well-maintained, the only bad thing is that lots of residents here aren’t responsible enough and they send their kids to throw the garbage away and instead of putting it in the garbage dumpster they leave outside I’ve even seen adults do it and it’s sad because other people are leaving bad reviews do to this issue when it’s us as residents responsibility to put the garbage inside t

I am writing to express my concerns about the ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues at Bradford Park Apartments. While I appreciate the efforts of our apartment manager, who has been helpful and responsive, it seems that the lack of resources and on-ground maintenance staff is significantly impacting the living conditions in our community. Specifically, I've noticed that the area around the dumpster is consistently littered with trash, which not only detracts from the appearance of our property but also raises health and hygiene concerns. It would be beneficial for the management to implement more regular trash collection or provide additional bins to encourage residents to dispose of their waste properly.
