Wanted to like it but There is a lot of issues some of which they’ll help on… others that are completely disregarded. Staff in the model home are great. We have been lied to on numerous events not by them but by others. House is a huge investment maybe you’ll get lucky with how they treat you. We haven’t
So very sad that these NEW home owners had to reach out to me, an independent home repair specialist to complete and fix numerous items that this contractor didn't do and was stalling to come complete. Several neighbors i spoke to had the same complaints. Not a very good builder.
Beautiful new construction homes!! Mike and Gope are knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with.
