Boulevard Apartments

Boulevard Apartments has excellent living places, however their tenants bring most of the problems, there are some extremely nasty people living there who've obviously never heard of a washer and dryer, can't figure out how to clean a bath tub, or know how to use a broom/dust pan or mop. The management does everything in their power to accommodate the residents, but the residents act like management is secretly sneaking mice & bugs in their apartments while they're sleeping. Definitely not the case.

Infested with Mice, Centipedes, Bed bugs and Ants and the heat doesn’t work in the winter especially on the coldest days. Rent goes up every year I moved in my one bed room in 2015 paying $525 now it’s 2020 and I’m paying $613 for a 1 bedroom that’s no where near worth it. & No matter how many times Maintenance get called problems never get solved. And there are always crackheads running in and out of the building all day peeing on the stairs and on the elevator.

Boulevard apartments is the worst place to rent from in Milwaukee. They have mice and roaches their form of getting rid of these creatures was borrow a cat from somebody. These were exact words by the way you can't have pets 😑👀. There is a new property manager every 3 months. The people are rude and nasty. Now all of a sudden I owe them $800 like where that craziness come from. The bathroom ceiling constantly leaked when it rained or snowed. Paint would peel off the wall of you rubbed it to hard. As I was moving I started to notice bed bugs. Random fire inspection letters was there way of getting people to clean their house.

Terrible security. Don’t even bother to stay here. I’ve had packages stolen as soon as they get to the apartment. I’ve witness people smacking the intercom and it somehow unlocks the front door to get in. Tried it ourselves and it works. So anyone can come and go as they please. We also pay an extra $30 to park in the underground parking and still, someone breaks into our vehicles and tampers with the ignition and now the whole car is shot. Luckily they weren’t able to start the car and steal it. But they stole our garage opener so now they have more access to the apartment. Talked to the people in the office about the front door, our car being broken into in their “secure garage” and the answer they gave us was “oh, that’s unfortunate.” Plus the neighbors are super rude and loud. They have terrible terrible customer service. The let me move in with a piot on the stove out and one outlet working and never fixed it in two years. We lived with a whole in the shower no heat in the winter terribly small counter space ( literally 5 inches) loud neighbors police walking though the building people pulling the fire alarm and it blareing all night a fire random "inspections" where you swear something was stolen but if you stayed home nobody came roaches and a mice family whitch was my last straw we couldnt pay off the rest of the year and our outstanding rent so we stopped paying took an eviction and left. I only did it because I was 8 moths peegnant about to bring a child into a roach and mice filled box with a fruitfly infestation ( hundres maybe a thousand or more). The n
