Bouchea Apartments

Our washing machine was broken for over a month and Burt was extremely hard to contact/hear any responses from. He came and tried to “fix it” twice by doing the drain and spin option which wasn’t our problem. He never ran it with clothes in which would be soaked to the point where it would take 20+ minutes to ring it all out. Our problem was we would put 3 articles of clothing in on the setting low water and medium setting and our washing washing machine would be full of water and not drain. It would also smell like burnt rubber every time it ran and it was frustrating that he did not see that as safety violation. He “offered” to come look at it outside his hours (didn’t know landlord has set hours) but when I gave him two options to come that he recommended I didn’t hear from him until 7

I have lived at the Bouchea apartments for almost a year now and will definitely be renewing my lease. Since living here I have had no complaints. Jess and Burt are very responsive and kind as well as easy to work with. The building itself is very well kept and clean. I love the area and how dog friendly it is. This is definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. I love calling this place my home!

I have lived here for about a year now and I am happily renewing my lease! Jess and Burt have been amazing to work with. I have received quick responses when I have questions and they have done a great job communicating important things happening around the building. This has been a wonderful place to call home and I look forward to another year here!

People are rarely in the office and when they are it’s when most of us are working , the building itself was built poorly and cheap the walls are paper thin and my ceilings&walls are starting to crack and we opened here in July 2023. Our flat surface electric stove is the worst I’ve encountered. The bath tub is tiny compared to what I am used to. I will say compared to other places I looked before moving here that the prices for rent are unmatched but for this to be considered an “luxury apartment” they have a lot to do. I more than likely will not be resigning my lease here
