Our addition and renovation was done in 2017. There were several things we were disappointed with and we could never get resolved. Examples right after completion: grout in tile not finished-many bare places, cracked paint in the ceiling and faux rocks falling off on exterior. Things that happened later: shingles blowing odd new part, causing a leak and concrete patio cracking. We tried messaging Mr. Botkin and never got a response to fix the problems. ow it has been 7 years, since completion. I’m sure they would say it’s been too long. I have text messages where ai tried to get things repaired right after completion. I was told they would look into it but we never got anything resolved. I would not recommend them.
