Botanic Apartments

Absolutely loved my tour, the apartments were amazing and very spacious. And the amenities were to die, especially the gym. But the one that made it such an incredible experience was Catherine Fudal. She was so patient with us and really connected with us as people. She did an absolutely amazing job showing us around and showing us the different floor plans. I told her I don’t normally do things like this but because she was so amazing I had just to let it be known.

This place deserves 5 stars!~ Its truly Luxury and I will tell you why, you are in town and 4 mins away from the interstate. Amazing clean gym with a cooling towel fridge! A place to host your friends and family and A MOVIE THEATER all you have to do is reserve! The front desk is so kind and always try's to find a solution to your request. You can always get free coffee or Hot Chocolate. The neighbors are so quiet and friendly. If you ever need doggy bags or something for your pet the front desk doesn't mind giving you these items. Also they pick up your trash at your door. There is so much going on at this apartment complex it feels like everyday i am on vacation! If your looking for a cheap and luxury place this is it! Also please keep your dog on a leash unless in the doggy area and p

I really love living at Botanic in Pooler. The community is always clean and well taken care of, and the overall vibe is great. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance is quick whenever something comes up. My apartment is comfortable and feels like home, and the location is really convenient too. I’m genuinely happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Pooler.

Catt at the leasing office is the best manager. I swear to God, she's the kindest person I've met in the United States. I'm so grateful. She remembers the details of her promises to residents and always keeps her word. After I moved in, I couldn't use the internet for three months. I sent many emails, made phone calls, and visited in person, but Leasing office just told me to be patient and wait. I waited patiently for three months, but unfortunately, I still couldn't use the internet. Catt was different. When I explained my situation to her and asked for help, she solved my problem. She is truly the best.
