Boston Lofts

Super friendly and informative management for my tour last week. Nice looking apartments, there was some maintenance going on in the unit I toured but even still things were pretty cleanly and it wasn't too hard to imagine what the place could look like with all my stuff in it in the future. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be applying soon! I would upload the videos I took if Google allowed, the rooftop patio and community room with skylights were lovely.

Nice 24/7 community area w/ kitchen and rooftop patio! Secure underground heated parking. Beautiful modern style w/ incredible views. We lived in a 1 bed 1.5 bath corner apt for 3 yrs. CONS: -Untrained dogs that weren’t meant for apts. My fiancé was bit by 2 dogs. 1st bite - resident had trouble unlocking her door and dropped the dog’s leash where it ran at him and bit his hand. She couldn't control the situation, but put a muzzle on her dog following that event. 2nd time - waiting for the lobby elevator where the owner and dog exited the elevator as we walked in. Dog made a 180 with no reason to be triggered and bit my fiancé's leg, which needed a tetanus shot at urgent care. Dec 2024: A few months ago I moved into a 900 sqft 1 bedroom unit in the building. That is double the size of most one bedrooms that I toured in the area!! The large space allows me to have a separate area for my living room and my work from home setup. On top of that, my unit has a great view of the city! The property managers are very friendly, maintenance is quick to respond to issues, and moving in was a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment building 6/12/25: 5 stars -> 3 stars I still enjoy living in this building but maintenance is a major letdown. Multiple times I have opened maintenance requests that are then closed without any apparent fix attempted for the issue. You really can't beat the views (as the photos show) - but there's so much more than sunsets that make Boston Lofts a fantastic place to call home! When we moved back to MKE from New York in 2015, we looked high and low to find the perfect place for us - and we've never been disappointed with our choice. The office team has always been spectacular - they are professional, efficient, organized, and kind. They do all they can to make our living experience a pleasant one - and they're as considerate of our two dogs as they are of us! Hands down Boston Lofts are the best value for your money today! The place has what feels like one thousand floor plans to choose from to match your families needs. My family and I went from 1bed to a 2bd/2Ba and it is our little paradise downtown in our beloved city. We can see ourselves growing here for many, many years to come! Location: The location is probably the safest of all places downtown and my family has been living downtown for many years . We are down the street from world cuisines, grocer’s , parks, theaters, the bucks, the admirals …just about EVERYTHING. Can’t beat this location. Safety: You have the marines on the corner. Allied Security circling 24hrs in cars and on foot, and Fiserv seems to have a contract with the MPD, as they are parked out front 24hrs a day. T
