I’m am proud that I made Borough 33 Apartments my home for my last year at UTC! This apartment complex beats any place I toured downtown and gives u the most bank for your buck! The customer service was incredibly and Karla did and amazing job helping me through the process! I was having trouble choosing what floor plan I wanted and finally landed on the Barrington and couldn’t be happier! I love this place so much I plan on staying even after I graduate and maybe upgrade to a bigger One bedroom since this apartment complex has so many! But shout to Karla and I’m glad I made Borough 33 Apartments my home!

Current resident! Excellent and helpful leasing staff. Quality amenities. Love how clean and tidy the common/pool/gym areas are kept. Love how smoking isn’t permitted too close to the buildings as well. Current downfall for myself is the ongoing construction noise (and their music) outside my apartment.

My lease will be up soon and I was looking at apartments. I came by because the pics didn’t do it any justice. They are beautiful but while I was there I overheard some people talking about break ins and flat tires and it shocked me because they are beautiful and well kept. Also I heard management does nothing about the concerns. Needless to say, I decided to just continue my search. I’ve learned to pay attention to what people say and pay close attention to the reviews.

We have lived here for the past 2 years and have loved it!! We had some problems with previous management but ever since the change things have ran much more smoothly. Love the dog community and all the events/food trucks they host! Can definitely recommend Borough 33 to a friend
