BOLD Lofts Sarasota

I’ve had such a great experience at Bold Lofts in Sarasota. The building is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed — everything feels fresh, bright, and well taken care of. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere makes it feel more like a boutique community than a typical apartment building. What really makes Bold Lofts stand out is the management team. They are responsive, friendly, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives so much peace of mind. It’s clear they take pride in the property and in creating a great living experience. If you’re considering living here, I highly recommend it. Beautiful building, amazing location, and truly exceptional management.

UPDATING REVIEW -This is all due to the leasing process, not the actual facility. Everything is automated and I got NO heads up on anything, including a LATE FEE for a place I am not even occupying, which was thankfully waived by management. Oh, and I paid what I fairly owed, and yes, got a $25 credit card fee even though I have auto pay set up with my bank information. I would complain about that, but I am exhuasted, I surrender. I was going to leave a rant about the how terrible the leasing process has been, but I started reading these rave reviews and figured I needed to settle down. I can’t say enough great things about the maintenance team Gustavo and JP, they truly go above and beyond for residents! While I was out of town, the maintenance team made sure my movers were able to access my apartment without any issues. Knowing they were willing to step in and help coordinate everything gave me so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that’s not only responsive but genuinely cares about the residents. The cleaning lady also deserves special recognition — she keeps the entire building absolutely spotless. The common areas are always clean, fresh, and welcoming, which makes coming home such a great experience every day. My husband and I lived at Bold Loft in a furnished apartment. We loved our time there while we waited to find a home . We enjoyed having a gym and a swimming pool along with work space next door as well. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown so you get to enjoy all Sarasota has to offer as well.

What a wonderful experience. Ryan in leasing showed a level of knowledge of Bold Lofts and Sarasota. He provided so much information during our tour we are excited for our next steps. I know Ryan will be with us every step of the way and help us navigate this big transition.
