Dear prospective tenant, While I greatly understand your desire to obtain a comfortable place of dwelling for yourself, and your family, I strongly advise you to bypass this complex. Though lengthy, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read over my personal experience. Photos will be included for any parts one would assume to be unbelievable. The strife all began when the lease was first signed. Naturally, my roommate and I were excited at our new home and, coming from another state, this was an immense weight off my shoulders. Prior to the lease signing, my roommate and I were TOLD which unit we'd be residing in. I had a Great tour at this property, Deandre was very welcoming and hospitable, so much so Deandre sold this property very well to the point we put an application in immediately after leaving, looking forward to living at this property!!

Have lived here for 6 months and so far everything has been great. Even when there are issues, maintenance is there to fix it quickly, even on weekends.

Honest review: After one year! This location is quiet! Get a remodel unit. The management team is sometiming. Meaning when I moved they were so helpful and nice. Ive lived here a while and started complaining about services the tenant pays for and I attempted to drop in and call the manager Donata. Needless to say Donata had the nastiest attitude and I ended up contacting upper management. upper management resolved the issue. Needless to say don’t sign with her . Tenants are the customers we do not care if you live on the property too, it’s your JOB!

I’ve lived at Boca Vista the past year and I truly enjoyed the community. The management team keeps it clean and makes the community feel comfortable. I would recommend Boca Vista to anyone looking for a nice apartment home.
